How the blue mussel functions

Here you can see how the blue mussel catches its food, i.e. small particles of food, from the surrounding water. This presentation is part of a 20-poängs examensarbete by Johan Cruse in Marine zoology at the University of Göteborg. It has been created in Director and transformed to a Shockwave Director application that is 3,7 MB in size and can take a few minutes to download.
