Compilation of the data can be done in Excel or on a piece of ordinary paper. You can download an example of an Excel table. With the aid of the length data it is possible to calculate the average length and if surveys are conducted on several occasions it is possible asertain if growth is occuring.

Count the number of individuals from each specie per square metre, their total number, the number of specie, the size of, the total number of specie and individuals in the surveyed area. As a basic model you can download the "Fallfälleprotocol (.sit or .zip)" if you want to.

If you want to calculate the biomass, you can weigh every individual or use the Excel sheet "Length-Weight formulas (.siteller.zip)".
